24 Şubat 2022 tarihinde Rus ordusunun Ukrayna'yı işgali ile başlayan savaş, neden olduğu yıkımın yanında askeri, politik ve toplumsal düzlemlerde derin değişim ve dönüşümleri tetikledi. Bunları anlamlandırmaya ve geleceğe dair öngörülerde bulunmaya çalışmak oldukça zor.
